TenetGraph builds runtime authorization for AI agents. This policy covers information collected from visitors to our website and people who contact us or request a demo. It does not cover data our software processes on behalf of a customer under a separate agreement.
When you fill out a form on our site, request a demo, download a resource, or contact us, we collect the information you provide. Typically that is your name, work email address, company name, job title, and anything you write in a message.
When you engage with our ads on LinkedIn and submit a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form, LinkedIn provides us the information from your profile that you choose to share, usually your name, work email, company, and job title.
When you book a demo, we collect the details needed to schedule it, including your name, email, and the time you select.
When you visit our site, we and our service providers collect standard technical information through cookies and similar technologies. This includes your device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the site. We use the LinkedIn Insight Tag to understand which visitors came from our LinkedIn campaigns and to measure and improve those campaigns.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these circumstances.
We use third parties to run our site and operations. They process information on our behalf and only for the purposes we direct. These currently include:

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and support our advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works. The LinkedIn Insight Tag can be managed through your LinkedIn account settings and your browser.
We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes described here, including to respond to you, maintain our business records, and meet legal requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete it or remove what identifies you. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email, or by contacting us. We will still send you messages you asked for, such as a resource you requested or a reply to your inquiry.
California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, including the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, and to correct it. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. You may exercise these rights using the contact details below, and we will not discriminate against you for doing so.
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process your information on the legal bases of your consent, our legitimate interests in operating and marketing our business, and compliance with legal obligations. You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
TenetGraph operates in the United States, and the service providers we use may process and store information in the United States and other countries. Where we transfer information across borders, we take steps to protect it as required by applicable law.
Our website and services are intended for businesses and professionals. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top. If the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice.
